We are young and dynamic company working with the leasing companies, car manufacturers and profesional car traders to offer our registered users easy, fast, reliable and convenient services to purchase new and second-hand cars. Our online car auctions feature new and used cars of every make from leasing companies, dealers, importers, and financial institutions. Exleasingcar acts as an intermediary between seller and buyer.

Registration

If you want to join the auction, you have to register. Registration is free. During the registration, you must provide correct information about yourself or company which you are representing. You will receive e-mail confirmation after successful registration. Registration forms wich are not fully completed or submitted false information, are removed.

Participation in the auction

Vehicles in auctions

In auctions offered cars are from 0 to 5 years from Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany leasing companies and financial institutions. We are fully responsible for providing correct information. All vehicles has technical descriptions, vehicle identification numbers (VIN), the exposition and internal photos, photos of defects or defects report. The vehicle is in good technical condition, if there is not stated differently. Data about vehicle technical defects is provided in comments, photos or defects report.

Types of auctions

1. Sealed-bid (Closed) auction

In the Sealed-bid type of auctions you can offer your choosen price for vehicle and you can not see other users bids. After end of the auction the highest bid is given to seller for consider. If the seller agrees with offer the client who made a highest bid becomes a winner, we inform about a win. Until the end of the auction you can change or cancel your offers.

2. Open ascending price auction

In an open type auction you can see other clients offers. You can provide a higher bid in two ways:

  1. Stepwise bidding (Maximum price is not displayed to other users and automatically increasing for EUR 100 if other user bid less than your maximum price).
  2. Place maximum bid immediately (Maximum price is placed immediately and visible to other participants).

The minimum price increment step is 100 EUR. In open auctions you can not cancel your bid. If participant submit a bid less than two minutes before the end of the auction, the auction end time is automatically extended for an additional two minutes. After end of the auction the highest bid is given to seller for consider. If the seller agrees with offer the client who made a highest bid becomes a winner, we inform about a win.

3. Fixed price cars

In this type of auction the vehicles sold at the fixed price. Your offer is given to the saller for considering when you click "Buy Now" button.. Upon confirmation by the seller, the participant whose bid was first, is the winner.

4. Damaged cars auction

In this type of auction offers damaged vehicles. Technical condition of the vehicle is unknown, damage value can be estimated by pictures. All the offered cars in auction has the necessary registration documents. Auction organized closed or open type.

5. Cars with technical defects

In this type of auction offers vehicles with technical defects. Defects stated in the comments. Auction organized closed or open type.

! Buying vehicles from auctions where cars are with technical defects, it is necessary to draw attention to the comments and damage information. If a technical defect is unspecified or in abbreviated form, please contact us. Claims after the end of this kind auction for unclear comments will not be considered.

Results

You can follow the results of your bids by connecting to the system in the section "Bid results". About winning the user is informed by e-mail. Winner receive purchase order and invoice. The purchase order must be confirmed within 1 working day from the date of receipt.

Payment

Invoice must be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt. The amount of money must be paid into the bank account or paid in cash. After payment all the rights of the vehicle goes to the winner.

Vehicle pick-up/delivery

Vehicle must be taken within 30 days from the date of receipt purchase order. You can take back the vehicle by your own transport or ordered transport services. Transport service order is drawn up and signed for a separate agreement.
