1. I got some problems with registration and can not finish it. Why?

After filling all necessary fields in a registration an e-mail with a link will be sent to you. Click the link to activate your account. If you do not get the e-mail with a link check spam or junk mail. Try to register once again with the same e-mail, perhaps you made a slip while typing your e-mail. If you still get problems contact us by e-mail: info@exleasingcar.com

2. Registered and activated my account, but still can not log in. Why?

After registration you will be able to log in only when the administrator confirms your account. Accounts with false information will be deleted. You will receive an e-mail when administrator confirms your details. If you still can not log in, please contact us by e-mail: info@exleasingcar.com

3. Why can I not make any bids?

To participate in the auction and offer prices natural persons need to sign a contract and submit identity document (passport) copy [more…].
Companies need to stamp and sign a contract and send us with company's registration certification copy, VAT registration certificate copy and passport copy of company represented person [more…]

4. Can I see other bids?

In open ascending price auction you can see last highest bid. In sealed-bid auctions bids are invisible to others.

5. Can I cancel my bid?

In open ascending price auction you can not cancel your bid. In sealed-bid auctions you can change or cancel your bid till the end of auction.

6. Do prices include VAT?

All prices and offers exclude VAT.

7. What is VAT amount?

VAT amount for products and services is 21% in Lithuania. For export – 0% VAT.

8. Can vehicles from auction have not indicated defects? If yes, who is responsible for them?

If the vehicle returns with not indicated defects you can get full payment for necessary repair. Pretensions of small defects up to 250 EUR are not investigated.
