the information about Your computer and about Your visits and use of this Website, including Your IP address, time and date of Your connection to the Website;
any other information that You may give us at any time while using our Website and services or when communicating with us.
A cookie is the information that a web server sends to a web browser and which is stored in the browser. This information is sent to the web server each time the browser requests to open a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

The used of Your personal data
We may use Your personal data:
to give You access to our Website and the services provided;
to enter into and implement the Agreement;
to use the information available on the Website for the supply and delivery of purchased goods and services;
to issue and send reports and invoices;
to manage and collect debts and overdue payments;
to send notifications, correspondence to You;
to send news and other information related to our services, which we assume is necessary for You, by post, e-mail or other means (You can refuse such news and information at any time by notifying us by e-mail, or by changing settings on Your account).
If we have Your personal code, we will not use it to send You notifications, our news or other information.
Your personal data will be stored for no longer than it is required for data processing purposes and for no longer than 1 (one) year after the expiry or termination of the Agreement with You, or after Your registration on the Website, if You fail to enter into the Agreement within 3 (three) months after the registration. The data required for the management of debts is kept until the recovery of debt, however, not more than 10 (ten) years. When personal information is no longer needed for data processing purposes, or the term of storage expires, they shall be safely deleted, with the exception of those cases when they must be transferred to State Archives under the law.
In addition, we may disclose Your personal information:
if it is necessary under the law;
in order to protect our rights and interests (including the submission of Your personal information to third parties in order to recover Your debts to us).
Security of Your personal data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Lithuania and other statutory requirements. When processing Your personal data, we implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of Your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration or disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.
Naturally, the data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the secure transmission of data via online networks.
Your consent and rights
You can submit a written request (by post, e-mail or in our registered office) to provide Your with the information about the sources and the type of Your personal data collected, the purpose for which they are processed, the recipients they are provided to. We respond to such requests in accordance with the laws and terms, and we attempt to provide You with the information as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the receipt of Your request. Upon Your request, such information is submitted in writing at the specified address or e-mail. The information about the sources and the type of Your personal data collected, the purpose for which they are processed, the recipients they were provided to within the last year is submitted for free once in a calendar year. If, upon request, we have suspicions about the identity of the requesting person, we have the right to ask for his identity document or a copy thereof.
Websites of third parties
You are responsible for keeping confidential Your password and user data and for any activity (data transfer, submitted orders, etc.) carried out in our Website using Your login information. You must not disclose Your password to third parties. If a third party, who connected the Website using Your login information, is using the services of our Website, we assume that it is You who is connected. If You lose Your login information, You must immediately inform us by post, telephone, fax or e-mail.

If Your data change, You must immediately inform us, by changing the relevant data in the registration form, or, if the data are not indicate in the registration form, by notifying us by e-mail. In no case we shall be liable for any damage resulting due to the fact that You have submitted incorrect or incomplete personal data, or did not inform us about the change of Your personal data.
